Because we source our products directly from trusted international suppliers, shipping times can vary. Most orders are delivered within the following timeframes:

These timeframes are estimates and can vary based on your location, customs delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 5–7 business days after shipment for the tracking information to update.

 Shipping Delays & Customs

While rare, occasional shipping delays can occur due to customs inspections, postal service disruptions, or high order volumes. KitHub is not responsible for delays once a package has left our facility.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country’s regulations.

 Incorrect Address Policy

 Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost or does not arrive within 40 business days, please contact us. We will assist you in tracking it and, if necessary, open an investigation with the carrier.
