Purchase Options Cancellation Policy – KitHub

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for all purchase types at KitHub, including one-time purchases, subscriptions, and preorders.

1. One-Time Purchases (No Cancellations)

All one-time purchases are final sale and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be reversed, modified, or refunded until it arrives, subject to our return policy (if applicable).

Please make sure to review your order carefully before checkout.

2. Subscription Purchases (Mystery Football Shirt Subscription)

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but:

Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.
If you cancel after your monthly renewal has processed, your current order will still be fulfilled.
To avoid the next charge, cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

3. Preorders

Preorders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, your preorder is locked in and cannot be cancelled unless the item becomes unavailable.

If a preorder is delayed, you will be notified and may request a cancellation at that time.
